Getting an FTP client and setting it up with our server
|
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a means of transferring files between your home computer and our server. Such files may include HTML and CSS documents, images and other multimedia. It requires you to install software on your computer to connect to the server. There are a number of commercial and free products that can allow you to do this but we recommend using FileZilla or SmartFTP on Windows, Cyberduck on Mac OS X and FileZilla on Linux. |
